There were 908 new cases of Corona virus reported in the state today. The total death toll from Corona has reached 3693 with 4 more deaths in the state today. There are currently 13,738 active cases in the state, while 1,50,650 people have been discharged. In the state 61 patients are on ventilator and 13,677 people are stable. The total number of infected people in the state has reached 1,68,081. The recovery rate in the state is 89.63 per cent.

A total of 4 people were killed in Ahmedabad Corporation, 1 in Rajkot Corporation and 1 in Surat Corporation in the state today.


Where how many reported cases

164 in Surat Corporation, 160 in Ahmedabad Corporation, 71 in Vadodara Corporation, 64 in Surat, 48 in Rajkot Corporation, 40 in Vadodara, 40 in Mehsana, 23 in Morbi, 23 in Morbi, 22 in Surendranagar, 20 in Bharuch, 20 in Rajkot, 17-17 in Amreli-Jamnagar Corporation-Patan, 17 in Gandhinagar Corporation. Cases were reported.






How many patients have recovered today

A total of 1102 patients were cured and 51,046 tests were performed in the state today. With this, 57,93,788 tests have been conducted in the state so far. The recovery rate in the state is 89.63 percent.

To date, 5,24,602 persons have been quarantined in different districts of the state, out of which 5,24,385 persons are home quarantine and 217 persons have been placed in facility quarantine.

  • Kamlesh Nagarkoti, Karthik Tyagi, Ishaan Porel and T. Natarajan will travel to Australia as an extra bowler

Mystery spinner Varun Chakraborty has been named in the Indian T-20 squad for his outstanding performance in the IPL.


The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Indian squad for the upcoming tour of Australia. Virat Kohli will lead the team in all three formats. India will play a series of 3 ODIs, 3 T-20s and 4 Tests in Australia. The tour will begin on November 26. The three announced squads do not include openers Rohit Sharma and Ishant Sharma. The board tweeted that its medical team would continue to monitor both.


Hardik did not find a place in the Test squad and will play in ODIs and T20s

  • All-rounder Hardik Pandya did not bowl after undergoing back surgery. Even in the current IPL, he is only playing as a specialist batsman.
  • Seeing that, he did not get a place in the Test squad, while he has been included in the ODI and T-20.
  • Test regulars Cheteshwar Pujara and Hanuma Vihari are the only players who are not playing in the IPL, they have found a place in the Test squad.
  • Varun Chakraborty, who took 5 wickets against Delhi in the IPL, has found a place in the T-20 squad. While Mohammad Siraj is the new face in the Tests.


Rahul will continue wicketkeeping in limited overs for Team India

Lokesh Rahul has been named in the squad as the opening batsman in the Test team. He will play as a first choice wicketkeeper in ODIs and T20s. He has also been made vice captain in both formats.

While Rishabh Pant has only got a place in the Test squad. There is no other wicketkeeper in the ODI squad except Rahul. Sanju Samson is the second wicketkeeper in T-20 and Riddhiman Saha is the second wicketkeeper in Tests.

In addition to the three-man squad, the Indian team will have four extra bowlers: Kamlesh Nagarkoti, Karthik Tyagi, Ishaan Porel and T. Natarajan will also join.


The Indian team will play 3 ODIs, 3 T-20s and 4 Tests

The Indian team will play the first three ODI series from November 25 to 30. It will then play a series of 3 T-20s in Adelaide from 4 to 8 December. The Test series starts in Adelaide on September 17. This will be India's first day-night Test match abroad. The Boxing Day Test will be played in Melbourne from December 26 to 30. The third Test will be played in Sydney from January 7 and the final Test will be played in Brisbane from January 15.

The 90 year old grandmother learned to read newspapers by operating a laptop

 The 90-year-old grandmother, who studied up to standard 10, learned to read newspapers by operating a laptop


Mary Thomas, who lives in Thrissur, Kerala, learned to operate a laptop at the age of 90 so that she could read newspapers. People stopped taking newspapers because of the Corona virus. Grandma's day would not end without reading the press. Meanwhile, his grandson Arun advised his grandmother to read the online press. It took a few days at first but Grandma learned to operate the laptop.

Looking at Grandma's photo, one can say, "True, age is just a number."



Grandmother who studied 10th standard made a living by farming. As he got older, the newspaper became his grandmother's friend. Arun shared a photo of his grandmother reading the newspaper on his laptop all day. Seeing this photo, the user praised the grandmother.
