સરકારશ્રીએ ઠરાવેલ નિયમોનુસાર મેરીટ મુજબ પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.

પ્રવેશ માટેની પ્રોવિઝનલ મેરીટ યાદી તેમજ અન્ય સુચનાઓ ઓનલાઈનથી પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે. જે માટે વિદ્યાર્થીએ સમાંતરે ઉક્ત વેબસાઈટ જોવાની રહેશે. પ્રોવિઝનલ મેરીટ યાદીમાં સ્થાન પામેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી અંગે SMS અને E-mail મારફત જાણ કરવામાં આવશે.

ઓનલાઈન પ્રોવિઝનલ મેરીટ યાદી પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેથી મેરીટ યાદીમાં આવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સબંધિત આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળા ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી કરાવવાની રહેશે. જો કોઈ અરજદારની ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મમાં ભરેલ પરીક્ષાના ગુણની ટકાવારી અને અસલ માર્કશીટની ટકાવારીમાં તથા લાયકાત અંગેના કે અન્ય પ્રમાણપત્રોમાં તફાવત જણાશે તો તેવા અરજદારોને પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે નહિં.

શાળાના મકાનની ક્ષમતાને ધ્યાને રાખી તેમજ સરકારશ્રીના આરોગ્ય વિભાગ, શિક્ષણ વિભાગ અને સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા નક્કી કરેલા નિયમોના આધારે વિદ્યાર્થી/વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓને પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે. જેથી, અરજદાર દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ અરજીના આધારે પ્રવેશ અંગેનો હક્ક દાવો કરી શકશે નહિં.

SCHEME OF ‘PRE-MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP’ FOR STUDENTS

BELONGING TO THE MINORITY COMMUNITIES FOR 2017-20

 

1. BACKGROUND

The Prime Minister’s New 15 Point Programme for the Welfare of Minorities was

announced in June, 2006. It provides that a Pre-Matric scholarship scheme for

meritorious students from minority communities would be implemented.

2. OBJECTIVE

The scholarship at pre-matric level will encourage parents from minority communities to

send their school going children to school, lighten their financial burden on school

education and sustain their efforts to support their children to complete school

education. The scheme will form the foundation for their educational attainment and

provide a level playing field in the competitive employment arena. Empowerment

through education, which is one of the objectives of this scheme, has the potential to

lead to upliftment of the socio economic conditions of the minority communities.

3. SCOPE

The scholarship will be awarded for studies in India in a government or private school

from class I to class X, including such residential Government institutes and eligible

private institutes selected and notified in a transparent manner by the State

Government and Union Territory Administration concerned.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Scholarship will be awarded to the students who have secured not less than 50% marks

in the previous final examination and annual income of their parents/guardian from all

sources does not exceed Rs. 1.00 lakh.

5. DISTRIBUTION

Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jain and Zoroastrians (Parsis) have been

notified as minority communities under Section 2 (c) of the National Commission for

Minorities Act, 1992. A total of thirty (30) lakh scholarships are targeted to be distributed

as ‘Fresh’ Scholarships, besides, Renewal scholarships. The distribution of scholarship

among the States/Union Territories will be made on the basis of population of minorities

in the States/Union Territories as per Census 2001 for 2017-18 and as per the

population of minorities in the States/Union Territories of Census 2011 for 2018-19 and

2019-20 (as per Appendices- A & B).

6. EARMARKING

i) 30% scholarship is earmarked for girls students of each minority community in a

State/UT which is transferable to male students of that community in case of

non-availability of female students in that community in the concerned State/UT.

30% is the floor and not the ceiling for eligible girl students.

ii) If the physical target of scholarship for a particular minority community in a

state/UT is not utilized, it will be distributed among the same minority

community in other States/UTs strictly in accordance with merit and without

disturbing the national ratio for the Community. Any unutilized community quota

shall be distributed amongst other communities again in accordance with merit

and without affecting overall national quota.

The amount of 30% or less from purchase of a battery operated two-wheeler by the industrial worker or less than Rs.30, 000/- will be paid on assistance and also on RTO Registration Tax and Road Tax of the two-wheeler.

Gujarat government runs many welfare schemes for people of different classes. A scheme has been put in place to encourage the industrial workforce to become a partner in the Government of India's “Green India” mission and to encourage the purchase of battery-powered two-wheelers that reduce carbon emissions.

30% amount or Rs.30,000/- whichever is less for purchase of battery operated two-wheeler by industrial worker will be paid as subsidy and also one time subsidy on RTO Registration Tax and Road Tax of two-wheeler.

The State committed to the welfare philosophy enacted a number of social welfare legislations amounting to the uplift and battlement of workers. It is significant to note that the Bombay Labour welfare Funds Act, 1953 is the pioneer prominent and a paramount importance. Literally it is known as the shining star in the galaxy of welfare legislat.
Board Activities

With the progressive outlook of the Government towards the workers, and the desire to take measure for the uplift of the workers, the Government also constituted the "State Advisory Board” to help the Government in formulating the labour policy.

Prior to adoption of the Bombay Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953, the labour Welfare activities were conducted by the State Government. But it was realized that Government’s direct efforts for the cultural uplift of the working class cannot but be limited in scope and extent. The duty of bringing light and cheers into the lives of the workers will be discharged on an extensive scale and in fuller measures by workers own organizations and by the employers and local bodies directly or through suitable agencies. It is well known that genuine progress is eventually a matter of internal effort sub stained by the people’s qualities and their capacities for struggle and sacrifice and that any kind of State intervention and processes imposed by legislature can only be an aid but not a substitute for self help. The burden therefore also falls on the employers as it is they who are most benefited by such measures.

The state labour advisory board has therefore recommended the creation of the labour welfare board for conducting labour welfare activities.

The activities are conducted mainly through the media of labour welfare centre which is situated in the labour localities. The board is conducting 53 Labour Welfare Centres spread over in 26 industrial towns of the state . besides these 53 Labour Welfare Centres the other main activities are as under :

Electric Two Wheeler Subsidy Eligibility Norms

To make the "GREEN INDIA MISSION" of the Government of India a reality, the construction workers will also become partners and become aware of the environment in them as well as with the good intention that they will have flexibility in commuting, save money and time and leave the slum area near the construction site and live in a clean residential area. . The following eligible construction workers can apply for the scheme.

One Time Subsidy will be available to the extent of 50% of the price of the two-wheeler or Rs.30,000/- whichever is less. After deducting the amount of subsidy payable to the vehicle dealer from the ex showroom price of the two-wheeler, the remaining amount will have to be paid by the construction contractor.

After the sale of the vehicle, the dealer has to submit the online RTO registration and deposit the road tax to the respective RTO office and municipality/metropolitan municipality. Then the online generated receipt of RTO tax and road tax along with the subsidy claim has to be submitted at the construction board office. The Construction Board has to reimburse the subsidy amount and RTO registration tax and road tax to the concerned dealer through DBT.
