અનુસૂચિત જાતિના સભ્યો માટે વ્યક્તિગત આવાસ સહાય માટેની યોજના (ડૉ. આંબેડકર આવાસ યોજના) (ડૉ. આંબેડકર આવાસ યોજના 2022) યોજનાનો હેતુ અનુસૂચિત જાતિના બેઘર, ખુલ્લા પ્લોટ, બિન વસવાટ ન કરી શકાય તેવી કાચી માટી અને પ્રથમ પર ઘર બાંધવાનો છે. ફ્લોર 1,20,000 ત્રણ હપ્તામાં ચૂકવવામાં આવે છે. રૂ.માંથી રૂ. 1,20,000 સહાય, પ્રથમ હપ્તો – રૂ. 40,000, બીજો હપ્તો – રૂ. 60,000 અને ત્રીજો હપ્તો – રૂ.20,000/- લાભાર્થીને આપવામાં આવશે.

નિયમો અને શરતો,

• આ યોજનાનો લાભ ફક્ત સફાઇ કામદારો અને તેના આશ્રિતોને જ આપવામાં આવશે. તે માટે સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો દાખલો અરજી સાથે રજૂ કરવાનો રહેશે.
• અરજદારની ઉંમર ઓછામાં ઓછી ૨૧ વર્ષની રહેશે.
• ડૉ.આંબેડકર સફાઇ કામદાર આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ મળેલ સહાયથી મકાનનું સંપૂર્ણ બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ થાય નહી તેથી બાકીની રકમ લાભાર્થીને પોતે ઉમેરીને મકાન બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ કરવાનું રહેશે.
• આ યોજના હેઠળ આવક મર્યાદા ઘ્યાનમાં લેવાની રહેતી નથી
• ર્ડા. આંબેડકર સફાઇ કામદાર આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ બનેલ મકાન પર લાભાર્થીએ ” રાજ્ય સરકારની ર્ડા. આંબેડકર સફાઇ કામદાર આવાસ યોજના” એ મુજબની તકતી બનાવી લગાડવાની રહેશે.
• અરજદારે રજૂ કરેલા આશ્રિત માટેની વ્યાખ્યાના કારણો અંગે કોઇ મુદ્દો ઉપસ્થિત થાય તો તેનો મંજુરી/ નામંજુરીનો આખરી નિર્ણય નિગમ કક્ષાએથી લેવામાં આવશે.
• અરજદારે પ્રમાણપત્રો મુજબ અરજીમાં નામ લખવાનું રહેશે, તેમજ તે જ પ્રમાણે અરજીમાં જે સહી કરવામાં આવે તે જ પ્રમાણેની સહીનો નમૂનો અધિકૃત ગણાશે.
• અરજી ઓનલાઇન થયા બાદ અરજીની બે-નકલો અરજદારે જીલ્લા કચેરીએ જમાં કરાવવાની રહેશે.
• ર્ડા. આંબેડકર આવાસ યોજના, ર્ડા. આંબેડકર સફાઇ કામદાર આવાસ યોજના કે સરકારશ્રીની અન્ય કોઇ આવાસ સહાયની યોજનાઓ હેઠળ લાભાર્થી કે લાભાર્થીનાં પતિ-પત્નીએ અગાઉ આવાસ સહાયનો લાભ લીધેલ હશે તો અરજી નામંજુર કરવામાં આવશે.
• આવાસ સહાયનો બીજો હપ્તો મળ્યાબાદ લાભાર્થીએ આવાસનું કામ એક વર્ષમાં પૂર્ણ કરવાનું રહેશે.
• આવાસ સહાય ઉપરાંત ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં મહાત્મા ગાંધી નરેગા (MGNREGA) યોજના હેઠળ આવાસ બાંધકામ માટે ૯૦ દિવસની બિનકુશળ રોજગારી માટે ₹.૧૬,૯૨૦ તે યોજનાના નિયમો મુજબ તાલુકા પંચાયતની નરેગા બ્રાંચ તરફથી મેળવી શકાશે.
• સ્વચ્છ ભારત મિશન હેઠળ શૌચાલય માટે ₹.૧૨,૦૦૦/-ની સહાયગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં તાલુકા પંચાયતની અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં નગરપાલીકા/મહાનગરપાલિકા તરફથી મેળવી શકાશે.

ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારોમાં વાર્ષિક આવક રૂ.1,20,000થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ અને શહેરી વિસ્તારોમાં વાર્ષિક આવક રૂ.1,50,000થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ. આવાસ સહાય ઉપરાંત, આવાસ નિર્માણ માટે ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારોમાં મહાત્મા ગાંધી નરેગા યોજના હેઠળ, યોજનાના નિયમો મુજબ તાલુકા પંચાયતની નરેગા શાખામાંથી 90 દિવસની અકુશળ રોજગારી મેળવી શકાય છે. સ્વચ્છ ભારત મિશન હેઠળ રૂ. 12,000/- શૌચાલય માટે ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારોમાં તાલુકા પંચાયતો અને શહેરી વિસ્તારોમાં નગરપાલિકા/મહાનગરપાલિકા પાસેથી મેળવી શકાય છે.

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 30.11.2022. Those who are in the final year/ semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 30.11.2022.
• Note: (a) The date of passing eligibility examination will be the date appearing on the mark sheet/certificate or provisional certificate issued by the University/Institute. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University/ Institute, a certificate issued by the appropriate authority of the University/Institute indicating the date on which the result was posted on the website will be taken as the date of passing. (b) Matriculate Ex-servicemen, who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force, after having completed not less than 15 years of service in Armed Forces of the Union are also eligible for the post. The natural or accidental death of the main income earner of the family

Age of dead male or female should be more than 18 years and less than 60 years

 Application to be submitted within 2 years after the death

(B) Benefits: Rs. 20,000/- to the family.

(C) Where to apply?: Sankat Mochan (NFBS):

Apply to respective Taluka Mamlatdar.

The Taluka Mamlatdars are authorized to approve or disapprove the assistance under this scheme. An appeal can be given to Prant Officer in 60 days in case of disapproval of the application.

Mode of pension payment:

The modes of pension payment are monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly. The pension payment shall be through NEFT or Aadhaar Enabled Payment System. The first instalment of pension shall be paid after 1 year, 6 months, 3 months or 1 month from the date of purchase of the same depending on the mode of pension payment i.e. yearly, half-yearly, quarterly or monthly respectively.
