Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural full Information, The objective of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is to provide basic amenities with basic facilities to the homeless beneficiaries living in rural areas of the state and to the families living in dilapidated and dilapidated houses. How to Check PMAY Urban List?

The standard of assistance
This scheme is a centrally sponsored scheme, the cost of which is borne by the Government of India, State Government based on 30:50.

The assistance of Rs.1,50,000 / – by the Government for housing construction to eligible beneficiaries under the scheme and assistance of Rs.150 / – for 30 man-days employment under MGNREGA and assistance of Rs. A total of Rs. 1,5,50 / – is eligible for assistance.

- With registration number
Every applicant for PMAY Rural receives a registration number when his/her application is accepted. The most convenient method of checking Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2019 new list by using this registration number is explained below.
- Visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) to check the list of beneficiaries.
- Entered the registration number in the portal to access the list.
- Only beneficiaries who have their name on the PMAY list will have access to further details.
In case an applicant does not have his/her name on the list of beneficiaries, they will be informed of the same.
- Without registration number
In case an applicant does not have access to his/her registration number or has lost it, an alternate method of checking the list of beneficiaries can be opted for. Following the steps mentioned below an applicant can check the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2020 list.
- Start with visiting the official website of PMAY (Gramin).
- Instead of using the option to enter the registration number, opt for the ‘Advanced Search’ tab.
- Meticulously fill in the form displayed on the screen. Once all the details are filled, click on the ‘search’ option.
- Next, applicants who have their name on the PMAY list will have access to further details. Applicants who have not been selected as a beneficiary will be informed of the same.
Standard of selection
The beneficiary is selected as per SECC-2011 data.
A pucca house is to be built on a government plot or a plot of land owned by the government.
As per the guideline of the scheme, the construction of housing has to be completed within one year of housing approval.
Beneficiaries under the scheme are selected by the Gram Sabha.
Housing construction can be done as per one’s choice from 5 types of typology designs of five zones prescribed for housing construction. Which is made keeping in view the geographical situation of different area and the interest of the local people, living. The five zones of the state are Kutch, North Gujarat, Central Gujarat, South Gujarat, and Saurashtra.
Beneficiaries under the scheme are selected by the Gram Sabha.
Women have to be given priority in allotment of houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural). The option will be allotted in the joint name of the husband and wife.
The order of selection in this scheme is as follows.
Widows, divorced or abandoned women, victims of abuse or heads of households
Mentally Handicapped Persons (At least 50% Handicapped)
Physically Handicapped Persons (At least 50% Handicapped)
Weekly payment to the beneficiary

As per the guidelines of the scheme, a photograph of the beneficiary’s existing accommodation or a photograph of the plot owned by him and a three-phase photograph of the completed accommodation at the time of construction of the accommodation is uploaded online as well as offline in the housing software.
Improved housing assistance
Assistance per house for new accommodation in plain area Rs. 50,000 / –
Assistance per house for new accommodation in hilly area Rs. 5,000 / –
Rs.15000 / – for dilapidated / raw housing improvement
Beneficiaries belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes at a rate of 5% per annum are eligible for loans under the Differential Rate of Interest (DRI) scheme up to Rs. 50,000 / -.
The amount receivable from Convergence for construction of toilets under Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural) Rs. 15000 / –
Amount due for 90 days labor for the construction of housing under Mahatma Gandhi NREGA scheme Rs.13050 / –
Financial allocation
Allocation of funds as per the ratio of 30:50 between the Center and the State Government
Allocation of 5% administrative expenses against the funds allotted to the districts (3.6% for the district and 0.5% for the state).
